About The Role

We are seeking a Visual Designer to take ownership of our visual design across various marketing channels. In this role, you will lead design initiatives and drive our brand's creative vision while ensuring brand consistency and excellence. You will also play a vital role in building the design team, evolving our design workflows, and driving the success of our marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our overarching design vision and strategy, ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Maintain, translate, extend and elevate our existing brand look and feel, brand identify and style guidelines
  • Lead a full visual & UI/UX revamp of our website, user flows and follow-on touchpoints
  • Craft visually stunning and cohesive graphics to enhance brand storytelling and elevate the customer experience
  • Conceptualize and develop engaging digital/print content to support all marketing channels including emails, paid ads, social media, print assets, out-of-home advertising and more
  • Incorporate into marketing materials rich informational graphics that bring our clinical research and proprietary data to life in easy-to-digest visual stories
  • For all Evernow-branded products and medications, develop a standout visual identity, differentiated branded packaging, and a sleek unboxing experience
  • Support brand video and photoshoots as needed, with ability to oversee  illustration, animation, typography, and image retouching
  • Source, manage and direct outside agencies to help develop, create and execute on creative for print or digital channels; ensuring high-quality product and delivery
  • Develop design workflows and processes to manage output and team; prioritize and track competing design priorities and championing projects across the organization
  • Work closely with Conversion Rate Optimization, Product, Growth and Brand teams to align design strategies with cross-functional  business objectives
  • Run and manage any cross-functional design reviews and creative team meetings (internally and with leadership)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design or visual design
  • Experience in digital healthcare services, CPG/eCommerce, or subscription services (a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
  • Strong multidisciplinary approach to visual solutions and storytelling, including key forms of marketing design (web, email, digital paid ads, direct mail, social media, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in art & creative direction, from conceptualization to execution
  • Creative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of design automation, simple animation, and video editing workflows (a plus)
  • Excellent sense of design, typography, and conceptual thinking
  • Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Potential to build and lead an in-house creative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for women’s health
