About The Role

This key Clinical Operations team member will stand-up medical processes and operations associated with new prescription and non-prescription medications as well as lifestyle programs so Evernow continues to meet the needs of women preparing for, going through, and thriving beyond menopause. They will work cross-functionally with internal (medical, operations, product, marketing, data analytics) and external stakeholders (medical experts, pharmacies, manufacturers, etc) to ensure smooth development, operationalization, and overall use by patients. Passionate about continuous improvement and high quality care, the Clinical Innovation manager will use data and research to inform processes and offerings to ensure Evernow exceeds patient expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with medical experts, develop documentation, workflows, and implementation plans for new medications (prescription, over the counter, etc.)
  • Manage the development, implementation, and ongoing process for new lifestyle programs. This includes managing learning design, content writers, medical experts, and 
  • Develop and implement playbooks for Evernow to prescribe high quality compounded medications. This includes the overall workflows, quality assurance measures, pharmacy relationships, key performance measures, etc.
  • Setup and operationalize affiliate, manufacturer, and shipping relationships to enact Evernow’s over the counter medication strategy.
  • Analyze and utilize key metrics with new clinical initiatives to track adoption and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Build workflows and tools that increase efficacy and efficiency of existing and new operational and medical processes, unlocking new capabilities.
  • Support the Clinical Operations team in resolving escalations through issue investigation, training, technical tooling, and new innovations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of demonstrated results standing-up new service lines, processes, or products, ideally in a startup, consulting, or telehealth environment
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-level presentation skills
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment; comfortable with ambiguity and confident in making decisions with a passion for challenging the status quo in healthcare
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for creating new and improving process to benefit the end users, our patients and providers
