About The Role
Evernow is seeking a part time (15-20 hours/week) physician to join our remote medical team. We’re looking for individuals with a technology-forward focus and excellent clinical care skills with a background in midlife women’s healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of the role is to provide patient care to our members.Patient Care:
- Perform consultations, both asynchronous and synchronous, via Evernow’s EHR
- Evaluate patient history, provide diagnosis, prescription, and lifestyle recommendations
- Coordinate patient care and respond to patients in a timely manner
- Ability to collaborate with advanced practice nurses on patient care for medically complicated patients.
- Develop and maintain competency in menopausal health care
- Excellent technology, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed physician in at least two of the following states: GA, SC, MS, MO, TN, or licensed in 7+ states
- Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- NCMP (NAMS-certified menopause practitioner) certification preferred, but not required
- Specialty in women’s health preferred (ie, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Family Medicine, Primary Care)
- 5+ years of direct patient care
- Prior Telehealth or startup experience preferred
- Prior experience collaborating with advanced practice nurses (eg, NPs) and nurses
