Why do you love working in women’s health?
I love working in women’s health because it gives me the chance to support women in some of the most vulnerable and powerful seasons of their lives. So many women have been dismissed, told their symptoms are normal, or made to feel like they just have to live with it. I don’t believe that’s good enough. I want every woman I work with to feel heard, informed, and confident in her body again. Helping women reconnect with their health, their energy, and their sense of self is the most meaningful work I can imagine.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, whether I'm hiking, practicing yoga, or exploring new trails with my family. I find a lot of peace in the kitchen, cooking healthy meals and trying new recipes. Most of all, I love spending time with my husband and our baby boy, Charlie, and soaking up the little moments together.
