Kareema Morgan, NP
I’m a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years devoted exclusively to women’s care. I began my career as a labor and delivery nurse, where I was present for some of the most transformative moments in women’s lives. Over time, my focus expanded to caring for women across the lifespan, including the complex transitions of midlife.
My approach is straightforward and evidence-based. I listen carefully, look beyond quick assumptions, and develop a plan with you that makes sense — not just on paper, but in your everyday life.

Why do you love working in women’s health?
I love working with midlife women because this stage of life is powerful, complex, and often misunderstood. At this stage, women know themselves. They recognize when something isn’t right and want thoughtful partnership and real answers.Having sat in the patient chair myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when concerns aren’t fully heard. That perspective shaped how I practice. I create space for women to speak openly, be taken seriously, and work collaboratively toward solutions that feel right for them.
What do you do outside of work?
I love traveling, especially anywhere near the water — cruising is one of my favorite escapes. I’m a longtime Marvel fan who won’t pass up a binge session, and I’m known for keeping the latest tech close by.
