I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for empowering, inclusive, and affirming gynecologic and reproductive healthcare. I firmly believe that every person is the expert of their own body, and my role is as a provider is to support and empower people to live their most optimal lives. My approach is holistic and inclusive, and I strive to ensure all of my patients feel seen, heard, and respected. I have a special interest in serving rural populations, to ensure everyone, regardless of of where they live, can access the individualized care they deserve.

Why do you love working in women’s health?

While I have always had an interest in women's health, I became passionate about specializing in this field because of my personal journey with a rare gynecologic diagnosis. While trying to navigate this diagnosis, I experienced, firsthand, the significant gaps in women's healthcare. This experience ignited a fire within me to not only manage my own condition, but also to advocate for and support others facing the challenges of gynecologic conditions. After completing my thesis topic on dysmenorrhea, it became very clear that there was a pressing need for more comprehensive and innovative care in gynecology across a lifespan. My fascination and expertise in hormones and menopause care stems from a desire to empower my patients through every stage of their reproductive health journey. I love watching my patients live their most fulfilled, joyful, and optimal lives once they receive the care they need, and am honored to be part of their care team!
