I have been a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner working in a variety of settings since 2007. I have been a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (formerly NAMS) since 2023 I am passionate about Women’s Healthcare and working with women in midlife to make them feel well so that they can live a life they love!

Why do you love working in women’s health?
Women go through so many transformations in mind and body throughout the lifespan, and we need to be empowered through education, choices, and resources. I love being a knowledgeable, caring provider and working with women to help navigate and guide their care.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work I love being in nature, enjoying water sports, and hanging out with my daughters!
