She believes menopause is not just about symptom relief, but a critical window for preventive care and long-term health optimization.
With extensive experience in virtual medicine, Dr. Wilson delivers personalized, science-driven treatment plans that may include hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, and lifestyle strategies tailored to each patient’s goals and risk profile. Her approach emphasizes shared decision-making, ensuring women feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
Dr. Wilson is passionate about helping women feel clear-minded, energized, and in control of their health during this transformative stage of life.

Why do you love working in women’s health?
I was drawn to medicine because I’ve always felt called to support people during pivotal stages of life. Over time, I recognized how often women in midlife were struggling with menopause symptoms and rising cardiometabolic risks without receiving clear, evidence-based guidance. That gap led me to pursue certification as a NAMS Certified Menopause Provider and focus on comprehensive midlife care. I’m especially passionate about addressing not only symptom relief, but also the cardiovascular and metabolic changes that accelerate during this transition. Helping women feel informed, energized, and confident in their long-term health is what makes this work deeply meaningful to me.
What do you do outside of work?
I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading. I have a goal to visit all of the National Parks. My last visit was Olympic National Park..it was breathtaking!
