About The Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help define content marketing strategy & oversee content creation at Evernow. Your work will support developing SEO-rich content that drives our growth, educational content that nurtures & engages our customer, go-to-market content that supports new product launches, and brand messaging that builds our presence in the women’s health space.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical. You can help us define what ‘content’ means at Evernow, and develop a consistent tone & brand voice. You are also simultaneously willing to dive-in to write a blog post, help with product copy, or develop FAQs for an upcoming launch. Preferably you come from a background in consumer health / wellness or can get up to speed on our science, customer and audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own content marketing strategy, brand voice & content production across all marketing channels including SEO, lifecycle, website, customer education etc.
  • Oversee content creation for our blog, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to SEO best practices that drive growth
  • Develop educational, research-driven and evidence-based content that empowers and informs women through their menopause journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, medical professionals, and designers, to ensure content is accurate and engaging
  • Work with product and marketing teams to create go-to-market assets that effectively communicate the value, features, and benefits of new products or services (including product descriptions, user guides, FAQs & more..)
  • Craft compelling brand stories and messaging that resonate with our target audience, building a strong presence and differentiation in the women's health space
  • Help define and maintain Evernow's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all content touch-points
  • Define content objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content initiatives
  • Utilize a CMS system to organize and manage content creation, editing, and publishing workflows
  • Monitor industry trends and research, stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in menopause

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years experience in content marketing or content strategy, preferably in the consumer health/wellness industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content in various formats
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience creating consumer facing assets – including briefing, copy, imagery, design
  • Experience utilizing content management systems (CMS)
  • If outside of Bay Area, comfort working with a distributed team (we have a small office in SF)
  • Passion for women’s health, empathy for our customer
