About The Role

Join us as a Product Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market to play a pivotal role in expanding our product & service offerings to more comprehensively support women throughout their menopause journey.

In this dynamic role, you will lead the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including market analysis, competitive positioning, campaign development, and cross-channel promotion. You will craft persuasive narratives that distinguish these new products to consumers, and will help guide successful adoption through meticulous launch coordination and ongoing omni-channel marketing strategies.

Currently reporting direct to the CMO, this role offers you an exceptional opportunity to shape our future as we venture into new horizons in women's health over 40. Your contributions will be pivotal in defining our trajectory and making a lasting impact.

This position is remote. We have a small office in San Francisco, and a distributed team nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead end-to-end GTM strategies, ensuring successful launches and sustained adoption for new products & services
  • Conduct market research, clinical research and more to develop a unique PoV on the product copy/messaging that will resonate most with our customers
  • Package insights into 'playbooks' that can guide key stakeholders on value proposition, differentiation, key clinical information, FAQs and more
  • Develop omni-channel marketing campaigns to support new products across paid ads, email/sms marketing, SEO & content marketing, in-app integration, social media marketing, influencer marketing, PR & more
  • Where applicable, own the branding, packaging and ‘unboxing’ experience for new products, including vendor negotiation, design & more
  • Own all project management for GTM initiatives and campaigns, leveraging tools to manage requests, track progress, and centralize information for key stakeholders
  • Manage the briefing process for asset development alongside the product & design teams, who will play a pivotal role in helping bring your campaigns to life
  • Develop cross-functional review processes to solicit feedback from key stakeholders prior to launch
  • Utilize data insights to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for maximum impact
  • Monitor product adoption, leveraging insights to help refine strategies and drive sustainable growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in product marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing or other related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage GTM campaigns and bring new products to market; thinking holistically about how to support in all digital marketing channels
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills; with ability to work and solicit feedback across multiple departments, while integrating into a cohesive overarching strategy
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with a special ‘knack’ for writing compelling product positioning & story-telling that will resonate with consumers
  • Excellent project management skills & experience with popular platforms (asana, notion etc.. )
  • Data-driven decision making and ability to translate into actionable insights
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in health-related consumer brands, wellness, lifestyle a plus
  • If outside of Bay Area, comfort working with a distributed team (we have a small office in SF)
